These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the website www.ezenis.com (the “Website”), operated by Ezenis.
By placing an order on the Website, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all sales of products made through the Website to consumers.
They prevail over any other document unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Ezenis.
3. Products
Products are presented and described with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or artisanal production processes. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
Some products may be made-to-order or personalized, as indicated on the product page.
4. Availability
Product availability is indicated on the Website at the time of ordering.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product of equivalent value.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer or applicable to the customer’s location, inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
Available currencies may include EUR, USD, CHF, CAD, AUD, GBP, NZD, SGD, AED and other supported currencies as displayed on the Website.
Ezenis offers free standard shipping worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.
Currency conversions, where applicable, may be based on automated exchange rate updates. The final billing currency is the one selected at checkout.
Ezenis reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price and in the currency in effect at the time the order is placed.
6. Orders
Any order placed on the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Ezenis reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, abnormal or abusive orders, or unpaid previous orders.
7. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation via the secure, encrypted payment systems available at checkout.
Ezenis does not store customers’ payment data.
8. Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout, in accordance with the Shipping & Delivery Policy available on the Website.
Delayed Delivery
In accordance with Article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery has not occurred within 30 days from order confirmation, the customer may formally request delivery within an additional reasonable period.
If delivery does not occur within this additional period, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Standard Products)
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, customers benefit from a 30-day withdrawal period starting from the date of receipt of the products.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Ezenis:
- via the Withdrawal Form, or
- by email at contact@ezenis.com.
Returned products must be sent back within 30 days of the withdrawal notification, in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made-to-order
- Products personalized or manufactured according to customer specifications
11. Returns & Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds include:
- The price of the product(s)
- The standard outbound shipping costs (based on the least expensive delivery method offered)
Refunds exclude:
- Return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer
If the returned product shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics (as would be allowed in a physical store), a proportional depreciation deduction may be applied.

12. Legal Guarantees
All products benefit from the following legal guarantees:
- Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), valid for 2 years from delivery
- Guarantee against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)
13. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Ezenis.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
16. Consumer Mediation
Before referring a dispute to a consumer mediator, the customer is invited to contact Ezenis’ customer service to seek an amicable resolution.
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if no amicable solution is found, the customer may contact the following consumer mediator free of charge:
